New England Collaborative Solutions (NECS-MA), Inc. is a management consulting firm that specializes in Developmental Coaching with a focus on People, Process, and Strategy. NECS-MA leverages a large network of professionals to assist with client projects and initiatives. If the project is expansive and requires resources, NECS-MA has them available. If the project requires a solution that requires skills NECS-MA does not have, we will tell you and refer you. We only take on work where we know we can add significant value and help our client succeed.
Gary J. Comeau is President of NECS-MA and Gary is in the 20th year of owning his own business. He brings his clients over thirty years of Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Developmental Coaching, People Development, Business Process Improvement and training experience with proven results, across many industries and organizations that vary in size from a sole proprietorship to 60,000+ organizations. Gary has spent many of his thirty plus years in driving organizational change through staff, line, and consulting roles. Gary understands the challenges of leading an organization first hand from both the financial and human sides, and can create the practical steps that achieve the performance enhancements for his clients.

Gary’s entrepreneurial experience and corporate experience allows him to focus on Successful Professionals; the entrepreneur’s needs and the senior executive’s agenda. His strengths are in developing trusting relationships, helping successful professionals get unstuck and achieve their most important goals. He has been trained in Facilitating Strategic Planning, Project Management as well as: a Developmental Coach, an Individual and Group Facilitator; Business Process Improvement Tools and Techniques and delivering Training in a participative and involvement style. He helps his clients master the essential leadership, management, and interpersonal capabilities critical for their current role as well as their next position.
Gary earned his Master’s Degree in Management and Education from Cambridge College and undergraduate in Vocational Education and Electronics. He is experienced in using DISC Behavior Profiles and is Licensed / Certified / Holds or has held Memberships in:
